Beach Club, Saadiyat’s signature dining venue debuts half-half dining concept
Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat – the only private beach club on Abu Dhabi’s stunning
Saadiyat beach - launches its new Friday brunch dining concept, at signature dining
venue, Le Deck.
Bidding adieu to the traditional brunch format, Monte-Carlo’s UAE
flagship is set to tantalise taste buds with a delicious half-half concept,
with part-dejeuner buffet for starters and desserts and part-plats
chauds set-menu for mains. Set on the sweeping shores of Abu Dhabi’s
pristine white sandy beach at Saadiyat Island, Le Deck is the capital’s go-to
venue for mouth-watering food with a view.
Bringing the taste of la joie de vivre to the capital is executive Chef Gavin, who has previously
worked at Michelin starred restaurants in London and Dublin:
“We are meeting the previous dining concept half-way with a new and
relaxed dining experience,” he explains. “Le Deck Friday Brunch offers
more choice on the menu, with everything from charcuterie and carvery to the
freshest salads and cheese selections, all crafted in our kitchen.
“We source the freshest ingredients, and prepare them in a way that
truly showcases the flavour. Le Deck offers simple, fuss-free dining, in
a beautiful setting.
“It’s quintessentially French-Mediterranean fare at its best.”
With a seafood display serving oysters, king crab legs, jumbo shrimp,
salmon gravlax and tuna, to a cured meats and terrines section boasting
cecellion de lion, foie gras terrines and parfait, all made fresh in-house,
guests are left spoilt for choice.
A selection of four set menu items awaits diners for mains, changing
every week to keep it new, innovative and interesting. Dishes are served
at the table with enough to share amongst guests, with dishes inspired by the
three regions of Italy, France and the Levant.
“The set main course selection showcases an exciting array of foods,
from crusted rib eye steak to seared scallops - we are already looking to
expand it as we go. The dishes are also selected based on the weather and
seasons where possible. I’m getting a bit excited and want to add more to
the offer each week!”
Topping-off the experience, Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat offers
“Friday at Monte-Carlo” brunch package with day pass. For an additional
AED 350, guests can enjoy the club’s breath taking facilities including pool,
Blue Flag-certified beach and spa facilities.
As the sun sets on brunch, Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat’s resident
house DJ’s set the tempo for a blissful afternoon, carrying on into the night
at Sea Lounge overlooking the beach and infinity pool.
Soft drinks packages start at AED 270, whilst house beverage packages
start at AED 400 and French bubbly packages start from AED 470. For those
looking for something extra special, Monte-Carlo Beach Club, Saadiyat’s premium
