Bite’s Abu Dhabi branch is headed by its main dietitian, Hala Abu Taha. Hala
has a Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from
Hashemite University in Jordan then went on to train in post-obesity surgeries
in Leeds, UK. She is also a certified diabetes educator, having completed a
higher diploma program of ‘Diabetes Education Specialist’ alongside her work as
a clinical dietitian at the National Center of Diabetes & Endocrinology in
Amman, Jordan. She has a solid background on counselling about weight loss, diabetes,
pregnancy, childhood obesity and other health-related conditions, and is
regarded by the company as its star media dietitian, appearing regularly on
television and radio as expert resource person on the importance of nutrition,
on people’s overall health and well-being.
