Global Village Announces the Start of Registration for its Upcoming 2013-2014 Season




Global Village, the region’s leading Cultural, Shopping and Entertainment family outdoor destination, announced that it will start receiving applications for its upcoming 2013-2014 season as of today, the 17th of February 2013. All business partners, investors or individuals interested in organizing one of the pavilions or funfair area are requested to submit their applications before the 3rd of March 2013 to investor@globalvillage.ae   
Meanwhile, investors interested in new retail shops, kiosks and restaurants at Global Village need to send the documents which will be added to Global Village database. Applicants for the new retail shops, kiosks and restaurants are requested to submit their forms mentioning the kind of participation they wish to apply for during the upcoming season and whether they have any queries to investor@globalvillage.ae  
Within the framework of providing a spectrum of revamped and diverse offerings during any of its new seasons, Global Village management seeks to carefully select investors. The selection of investors entirely depends upon innovative ideas and suggestions that will add to the distinctiveness of the park and delightfulness of the park’s visitors. Therefore, Global Village has decided to open the door for registration before the end of its current 17th operational season. This will avail ample time for the park’s management to review and study the proposals, ideas and projects brought forward by the applicants. Moreover, the park’s management continuously looks for new cultural perspectives and insights as well as increasing the number of participating countries through pavilions, in order to enhance the cultural and shopping experience for all its regular visitors. 

Every year, Global Village selects the most innovative deeply-rooted, heritage-based concepts of original folk shows, in order to provide the best to its visitors when it comes to cultural entertainment, folk and art.

Foremost, since its inception in 1997, Global Village has sustained its position as one of the leading entertainment family destinations in the region. Thanks to its diversity in culture, folklore and exquisite array of offerings. For its current 17th season, Global Village has succeeded in hosting 37 pavilions representing more than 65 countries, 26 restaurants serving world cuisines and more than 160 kiosks showcasing snacks, drinks and aesthetic items. This season marks the longest ever in its history and operations will culminate on 30 March 2013.
